While in bed, you need to create a conducive locale to ensure you sleep well.  One need to make hundred percent sure that the room is dark and cool, switch off any of your favorite devices like mobile phones, ipad, tabs and television to limit one's exposure to strong and closer lights that fall on one's eyes' and that brightness will play a spoil sport and chase away your sleep.

2.  REDUCE INTAKE OF WATER AND / OR OTHER LIQUIDS

If you avoid taking water or any other liquids, it will ensure that you get uninterrupted sleep and do not wake up in the middle of the sleep for a nature's call.

3. AVOID ALCHOL AND CAFFEINE





The typical alcohol characteristic it is a very good stimulant for anything to do but a pathetic depressant in majority of consumers.

Alcohol may initially make you feel sleepy but it soon wears off. It will make you to wake up in the middle of the night. On the other hand, coffee consumption could certainly make one awake for a longer duration in the night. 

4.  AVOID SLEEPING IN THE DAY

 While napping for 5 to 15 minutes during the afternoons is okay, but if one oversleeps during the day for more than 2 hours, chances are likely that one need to stay put awake till the wee hours of the morning.



5. MEET UP WITH YOUR DOCTOR
